For those navigating life’s sacred thresholds and exploring what truly matters.

For more than two decades, Anastasia Hernandez has explored the profound questions that arise at the intersection of life, death, recovery, and spiritual transformation.
A certified end-of-life doula, Anastasia supports individuals and families as they approach the final chapter of life, helping create space for reflection, reconciliation, and peace.
She is also the creator of Where Your Treasure Lies, a reflective process that invites participants to explore their lives through a journey of their final moments. The experience often leads to profound clarity about what truly matters and how we wish to live the time that remains.
Anastasia’s perspective is shaped by her work as an end-of-life doula, nearly two decades of involvement in the international community of near-death experiencers, and her partnership with her husband Jose Hernandez, whose own near-death experience inspired their shared exploration of consciousness, recovery, and the mystery of life.
She lives in the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia with her husband and their family, with deep gratitude for the opportunity to live and work on the unceded traditional territory of the beautiful Syilx Okanagan people.
Her work is rooted in deep compassion, contemplative presence, and reverence for the sacred nature of life’s most meaningful passages.
