Contemplative Conversations

If something in this work resonates with you, you are welcome to reach out.

Whether you are navigating end of life, supporting someone who is, carrying grief, or simply feeling the weight of a life transition, you do not have to begin the conversation alone.  Every situation is unique. I offer a complimentary 20-minute conversation so we can gently explore what support might look like and whether working together feels aligned.

You are welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable.  I aim to respond personally within 1–2 business days.

As an end-of-life doula, I offer compassionate, non-medical support to individuals and families navigating this sacred time.

My role is to help create space where the emotional, relational, and spiritual dimensions of the dying process can be honored with dignity and care.

Support may include:
                                              •   compassionate listening and presence

                                              •   life review and meaning-making conversations

                                              •   support for family members navigating grief and uncertainty

                                              •   guidance in creating legacy reflections or messages for loved ones

                                              •   simple rituals or ceremonies that honor the sacredness of the moment

Each journey is unique. I meet individuals and families where they are, accompanying them with steadiness and compassion as they move through this final chapter of life.

I am based in British Columbia, Canada, offering in-person support within the Okanagan region and virtual sessions internationally. My practice is intentionally small. To maintain the quality of my presence and support, I accept a limited number of clients at any given time.

If you are experiencing an urgent medical or psychological crisis, please contact your local emergency services. I am not able to provide crisis intervention.
