Conversations about the end of life often arise during tender and uncertain moments.
Sometimes people are facing serious illness. Sometimes they are supporting a loved one. Sometimes the questions are more reflective, touching on meaning, legacy, or how we wish to live in the time we have.
Every situation is unique.
I offer a complimentary 20-minute call so we can gently explore what support might look like and whether working together feels aligned.
Many people begin simply by reaching out to see whether this kind of support might feel helpful.
End-of-life doulas work alongside families, hospice teams, and medical providers, offering support that complements the medical care already in place.
As an end-of-life doula, I provide compassionate, non-medical support to individuals and families as they approach the end of life.
This may include emotional presence, reflective conversation, gentle guidance, and helping create space for meaning, connection, and dignity during a profoundly important time.
End-of-life doulas may offer a wide range of support depending on their training, experience, and individual focus.
Some provide advance care planning, bedside vigil support, or extensive coordination for families.
My own practice centers primarily on reflective conversation, emotional and spiritual support, life review and meaning-making, and companioning people as they explore legacy and the deeper questions that often arise near the end of life.
I also offer guidance in creating simple rituals or sacred moments, and may assist families in shaping meaningful ceremonies or tributes that honor the life of the person who has died.

A Few Practical Notes
I am based in British Columbia, Canada, offering in-person support within the Okanagan region and virtual sessions internationally.
My practice is intentionally small. To maintain the quality of my presence and support, I accept a limited number of clients at any given time.
Because my work focuses primarily on reflective and emotional support, I do not offer continuous on-call vigil care or extensive care coordination.
For those seeking a broader range of end-of-life doula services, the End-of-Life Doula Alliance of Canada (EOLDAC) maintains a directory of trained doulas across the country.
If you are experiencing an urgent medical or psychological crisis, please contact your local emergency services. I am not able to provide crisis intervention.
